Production

The plastic parts of the currency counters are produced in our plastic injection molding workshop. All the plastic parts are tested rigorously to ensure the qualified rate of 100%.

The machining workshop is furnished with the proper production machinery, including punching machines, drilling machines, cutting machines, grinders, shearing machines and bending machines. They process the sheet metal parts of the currency counters.

The circuit of the financial equipment is thoroughly tested in our circuit board workshop. Under strict quality control, only the qualified circuit boards will be assembled on the financial machines.

Our banknote and coin sorters, currency counters, money detectors and other products are assembled in the assembly shop. The four assembly lines are strictly managed during the assembly of machine racks, wiring arrangement, mechanical debugging, machine commissioning and main display and shell installation. Next, the assembled machines undergo aging testing, oscilloscope monitoring, pressure tester, leakage current tester and multimeter tests before packaging. After sampling, the qualified equipment is sent to the specified customer. Strict quality control ensures a 99% or higher pass rate of our products.

Mold workshop

There are 8 skilled workers in the mold workshop with an area of 500 square meters. The molds of the currency counters are consistent, firm and durable. They pass a variety of drop tests.

Mechanical workshop

11 workers in the 800-square-meter mechanical workshop operate punching machines, drilling machines, cutting machines, grinders, shearing machines and bending machines to process the sheet metal parts of the currency counters.

Stamping machine is used for stamping of machine parts and stamping in the production of silicon steel sheet. It is characterized by simple operation, high security and reliability.

Circuit board workshop

We have sufficient inventory of the commonly used accessories, so that we can assemble and deliver the machines as soon as possible. The high quality core parts are from Germany, Japan, South Korea, and the United States.

Assembly shop

Assembly shop covers an area of 1,000 square meters. In assembly shop, banknotes sorter, currency counters, money detectors and other products assembled. 45 assemblers in four assembly lines complete machine rack assembly, wiring arrangement, mechanical debugging, machine commissioning, main display and shell installation, and aging test. Strict quality control ensures the 99% or more pass rate of the machines.

Magnetic head, transformers, rubber wheel and other components is installed in the rack to adjust the balance of the currency counter and sorter.

The plug-in units are welded. Various parts are installed and the wires are tied to realize neat wiring.

Mechanical debugging includes debugging the balance of feeder board, cash catching, twisting gear, the cash outlet, slipping sheet. Debugging ensures that there is no abnormal noise and small motor works regularly. The pulley is employed for deburring.

The commissioning of the machine tests the main board, power board, height of magnetic head, magnetic board, magnetic voltage, shading voltage, non-shading voltage, fluorescent voltage, automatic resetting voltage, emission voltage, slot-type optocoupler voltage, tightness of banknote board, magnetic head, fluorescence waveform, counting, internal and external display, consistency of resetting sensor and the height of counting tube.

Inspection shop is set up from the very beginning of the company's establishment. All the finished products experience the last link of inspection after a series of inspection and commissioning. The final inspection ensures intact product appearance, correct trademark, complete functions and normal operation in line with customer requirements, so that the machine is safe and stable in the normal use.

The assembled machines are tested by oscilloscope, pressure tester, leakage current tester and multimeter before packaging. After sampling, the qualified equipment is sent to customer.
